After initially pursuing a different career path following university, Ajit realised that his true calling lay in providing care that truly made a difference.

To equip himself with the skills needed to deliver exceptional care, Ajit pursued a Health & Social Care Level 5 qualification and completed it within a year. His dedication to quality is profound, and he understands that to ensure it, he must work closely with his team and remain engaged with our clients in the community.

Vicky comes from a background that may seem unrelated – she was previously a Wedding Organiser. However, her ability to plan and coordinate with precision has transferred seamlessly into ensuring our client calls are met promptly and efficiently.

Her diverse background highlights the adaptability and versatility of our team. Vicky’s hands-on approach keeps her closely connected to our clients, allowing her to understand their needs and help ensure our care services remain consistently high-quality.

Karen has recently joined the team as a Director, working alongside Ajit and Vicky to oversee the business. She is currently pursuing her Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care.

With a strong background in marketing and business development within the legal industry, Karen brings valuable experience in thought-leadership campaigns, website content creation, and event coordination. Her strategic mindset and passion for improving health and social care services support the company’s growth and long-term vision.

Shirley plays a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the business. As Admin Coordinator, she ensures communication, scheduling, and administrative processes are handled efficiently, helping both clients and staff stay supported.

Samina has over 20 years of experience in the care industry and is a highly valued senior member of our team. Known for her warm and caring personality, she takes great pride in delivering exceptional care to clients.

Now a certified trainer, Samina delivers essential training to new carers and provides ongoing support throughout their roles. Her dedication, experience, and passion for care make her an invaluable asset to the team.
