How we check
Every care provider says it delivers quality. What matters is how you would know.
We run unannounced spot checks on carers in clients' homes, regular supervisions and observations, and we ask clients and families directly rather than waiting for complaints. Both our registered services are inspected by the Care Quality Commission. Our Solihull service is rated Good, and our Lichfield, Tamworth & Sutton Coldfield service runs to exactly the same standards from day one.
When something goes wrong we would rather hear it early. Complaints go straight to the registered manager for that service.
